Wir hatten heute ein langes Meeting und haben die Veranstaltung nun offiziell bei der Stadt Haag angemeldet! Das bedeutet, dem Festival steht nichts mehr im Weg!

 

Wir möchten nochmals betonen, dass wir dieses Event als gemeinnütziger Verein namens "Metatron's Portal” zum ersten Mal organisieren und jeder Festivalpass ist als Unkostenbeitrag für unseren Verein deklariert. Der Reingewinn wird an unter anderem an österreichische gemeinnützige Vereine, indigene Völker und deren Projekte gespendet.

 

Wir haben von einigen Menschen die Rückmeldung bekommen, dass sie gerne teilnehmen würden, es für sie aber ein wenig zu teuer ist. Vor allem von Familien mit Kindern. Wir möchten es jedem ermöglichen, Teilzunehmen und haben deswegen nochmal mit unseren Kooperationspartnern und der Stadtverwaltung erfolgreich verhandelt. 

Um es allen zu ermöglichen, mit ihrem Campervan/Bus zu kommen haben wir nun eine weitere Parkfläche organisiert!

 

Dadurch konnten wir jetzt unser Konzept an die neuen Konditionen anpassen!

 

Folgende Änderungen konnten wir ermöglichen:

 

• Der Early Bird Pass um €160 wird bis zum 25.05. verlängert.

• Der Festivalpass vom 26.05. bis 07.06. wird von €210 auf €180 reduziert. 

• Kinder bis 12 sind ab sofort kostenlos bzw. mit freier Spende dabei. 

• Teenager-Festivalpass ab 13 Jahren und zwar um €50 statt €80 und eine freie Spende für Tageseintritte. 

• Der Live in Vehicle Pass wird eingestellt und es gibt nur noch den “Car Pass" für €25, 

 

Wenn ihr bereits einen Children-Pass oder einen “Live in Vehicle Pass” gekauft habt, bekommt ihr die Differenz beim Ticket-Office, am Festivalgelände, in Form von Essens- und/oder Getränkegutscheinen ausgeglichen. Bitte meldet euch bei uns eigenständig auf office@cosmicconvergence.eu wenn dies der Fall ist, damit wir diese auch vorbereiten können!

 

Wir hoffen, dass wir mit diesen Maßnahmen vielen Menschen ermöglichen können zu kommen, das Festival zu genießen und mit uns das Leben und den Sommerbeginn zu feiern! 

 

Dear community,

Today, we had a long meeting and we have officially registered the event with the city of Haag! This means that there is now nothing standing in the way of the festival!

We want to emphasize once again that we, as a non-profit association called "Metatron's Portal," are organizing this event for the first time and that every festival pass is declared as a contribution to our association's expenses. The net profit will be donated to various Austrian non-profit associations, indigenous peoples, and their projects.

We have received feedback from some people that they would like to participate, but it is a little too expensive for them, especially for families with children. We want to make it possible for everyone to participate and have successfully negotiated with our partners and the city administration again. To make it possible for everyone to come with their campervan/bus, we have now organized another parking area!

As a result, we were able to adjust our concept to the new conditions! The following changes were made possible:

• The Early Bird Pass for €160 will be extended until May 25th.

• The festival pass from May 26th to June 7th will be reduced from €210 to €180.

• Children up to the age of 12 are now free of charge or with a voluntary donation.

• Teenager festival passes for ages 13 and up are €50 instead of €80, and there is a voluntary donation for day passes.

• The Live in Vehicle Pass will be discontinued, and there will only be the "Car Pass" for €25.

If you have already purchased a Children-Pass or a "Live in Vehicle Pass," the difference will be compensated in the form of food and/or drink vouchers at the ticket office at the festival grounds. Please contact us directly at office@cosmicconvergence.eu if this applies to you so that we can prepare them for you!

We hope that with these measures, we can enable many people to come, enjoy the festival, and celebrate life and the beginning of summer with us!
